INSTRUCTIONS

Steps for registering: 

1. Submit this Registration/accommodation form (with photo submission)

2. You will receive an acknowledgement email and invoice of the charges to pay  (within 1 business day)

3. Proceed to arrange payment to confirm your place (your place is reserved until confirmed)

4. Submit abstract by March 10th through the separate Abstract Submission Form

5. A formal enrollment letter is issued once the payment is received.

6. Invitations for the short oral presentations will be announced by April 18th.

7. Alghero airport is served by RyanAir, Volotea and ITA airways (ITA provides connections through Milan and Rome). You can find some helpful information here. Book early for the best fares.  Public transportation is available between the Alghero airport and Hotel Carlos V.

2025 SCHOOL VENUE: HOTEL CARLOS V, Alghero

• School participants must stay at Hotel Carols V with the group, this is essential to the spirit of the School, maximise networking etc. All sessions will take place at the Hotel and meals are taken together. 
• Reservations can only be made through the ENII registration form, please do not contact the hotel directly. 
• Triple room is the same size as the double room with an additional bed added. 
• Double & Triples room may be selected indicating a roommate, otherwise a roommate will be assigned (same gender). 
• A limited number of single rooms are available, a waitlist will open and the hotel will try to allocate additional single rooms (to be confirmed closer to the event).
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the fee. Meals are buffet style. Please indicate any dietary restrictions below.
• Accompanying guests are welcome. Please contact school@enii.org for supplemental hotel fee information. 

ABSTRACTS, SHORT ORAL PRESENTATIONS AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS

All participants are expected to submit an abstract.

Exceptions are permitted with justification (too early stage of project, etc.)

Abstract submission deadline Sunday, March 10th.

All abstracts will be included in the poster session and 1 minute “teaser” presentation.

Select authors will be invited to give a short oral (10 minute) presentation during the School. Invitations will be sent by April 18th. 

No Publication Policy
To encourage open communication, each member of a conference agrees that any information presented at a ENII Immunology Summer School, whether in a formal talk, poster session, or discussion, is a private communication from the individual making the contribution and is presented with the restriction that such information is not for public use.  Prior to quoting or publishing any such information presented at a conference in any publication, written or electronic, written approval of the contributing member must first be obtained.  The audio or video recording of lectures by any means, the photography of slide or poster material, and printed or electronic quotes from papers, presentations and discussion at a conference without written consent of the contributing member is prohibited.  Scientific publications are not to be prepared as emanating from the conferences.  Authors are requested to omit references to the conferences in any publication, written or electronic.  These restrictions apply to each member of a conference and are intended to cover social networks, blogs, tweets or any other publication, distribution, communication or sharing of information presented or discussed at the conference.  Guests are not permitted to attend the conference lectures, or poster sessions. 

Each member of a conference acknowledges and agrees to these restrictions when registration is accepted and as a condition of being permitted to attend a conference. 

Although ENII School staff will take reasonable steps to enforce the restrictions against recording and photographing conference presentations, each member of a conference assumes sole responsibility for the protection and preservation of any intellectual property rights in such member's contributions to a conference.

Photo Release Waiver

I hereby grant the ENII - European Network of Immunology Institutes permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”), taken during the May 22-29, 2025 Summer School, in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications.

2025 CANCELLATION POLICY 

cancellations must be informed in writing to: school@enii.org

Withdrawl from the School will incur the following penalty:

March 23rd or earlier: No penalty for hotel, 50 euro penalty for registration fee

March 24th to April 24th: 30% penalty for hotel, 50 euro penalty for registration

April 25th to May 8th: 40% penalty for hotel, 50 euro penalty for registration

May 9th to May 16th: 60% penalty for hotel, 300 euro penalty for registration

After May 16th, including no-show, including early departure: 100% penalty for the hotel, 100% penalty for the registration
